Razer, a San Francisco, California-based gaming device manufacturer, has announced the Japanese release of the Razer Barracuda X, a wireless headset that can be connected to a variety of devices, including smartphones, game consoles, and PCs via a USB Type-C dongle. Razer announced the release of the "Razer Barracuda X" in Japan.
Wireless connectivity to a variety of devices
The Razer Barracuda X is a 2.4GHz wireless headset that uses a wireless transceiver with a USB Type-C connection.
Instead of using a Bluetooth connection, which is common in wireless sets, the Barracuda X uses an ultra-low latency 2.4GHz connection to deliver lossless audio quality without any delay.
It can also be used with a wide range of devices, as it is compatible with game consoles such as the Nintendo Switch and PS5 that do not allow stand-alone Bluetooth devices to be connected.
In addition, the USB Type-C dongle comes with a USB-A extender, so it can be used with devices that only have a USB-A port, as well as a wired connection if the device has a 3.5mm stereo mini-brag jack.
The Razer Barracuda X is an ultra-lightweight design weighing only 250 grams that can be used for long periods of time without tiring.
The earpads are made of FLOWKNIT memory foam ear c ushions, and the headband cushions are made of thick, soft material.
In addition, the rotatable pivoting ear cups provide a comfortable fit, and the detachable microphone can be removed for everyday use, making the design comfortable for all-day use.
In terms of sound, the RAZER TRIFORCE drivers are used.
The patented design custom-tunes each as if there were three audio drivers, reproducing each audio frequency separately: highs, mids, and lows.
Not only does it deliver rich highs, lively mids, and powerful lows, but it also reproduces a clear, cloudless sound.
The detachable microphone uses the RAZER HYPERCLEAR cardioid microphone.
By suppressing ambient sound from behind and to the sides, the microphone provides superior voice collection and noise cancellation to deliver clear, natural sound.
The power button on the earcups doubles as an audio playback button, which can be pressed once to play/pause, answer an incoming call, or end the current call; pressed twice to skip tracks; and pressed three times to go to the previous track, making it convenient for everyday use.
Release Date and Price
