The Japanese voice actor would be Fumihiko Tachigi, who is also the voice actor of Ikari Gendou in EVA.

Street Fighter V Champion Edition, both PS4 and PC version would be available on 14 Feb 2020. The price of the PS4 package version is 3,990 Yen, that of the downlaod version is 3,627 Yen.
At e-CAPCOM, apart from the ordinary version, Fighter V Champion Edition VALUABLE EDITION III, which include limited special color and goods, is available to reserve.
Players having the old veresion ofStreet Fighter V could purchase Street Fighter V Champion Edition Upgrade Kit starting from 19 Nov 2019, the price is 2,727 Yen for both the PS4 and PC version.
The upgrade kit includes Gill, it will be available in December.
