Professional e-sports team "Levanga☆SAPPORO" establishes Overwatch division!

On Tuesday, January 17, 2023, the professional e-sports team " Levanga SAPPORO " has established a new Overwatch division. Five new players and one new coach have also been announced.

What is Levanga SAPPORO?

Levanga SAPPORO is a professional e-sports team established by the Hokkaido professional basketball team "Levanga Hokkaido".

The team's goal is to promote e-sports as a new sport that allows anyone to compete on the same field regardless of age, disability, or nationality, and to produce professional e-sports players who can compete on a global level, especially from Hokkaido, the team's home ground.

Up until now, we have been active in five divisions: Shadowverse, Soccer Games, Puyopuyo, PUBG MOBILE, and Streamer. The "Overwatch Division" has been newly added, bringing the total number of divisions to six.

Levanga SAPPORO is recruiting tryout members in conjunction with the establishment of the Overwatch division. Heroes who meet the requirements of "Overwatch rating 4200 or higher, Overwatch 2 Grand Master or higher" and "Practice at least 4 times a week" are encouraged to apply.
