Acer Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of Taiwan's leading manufacturer Acer, will host the "Predator League 2020 Japan Round " on November 30 (Sat) and December 1 (Sun), the day after tomorrow, for the first round.
The "Predator League" is an e-sports tournament in which representatives from each country and region of the Asia-Pacific region participate.
The two titles selected are "PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG)" and "DOTA 2", and the total prize money for the finals will be $400,000 (approximately 43,818,200 yen).
The preliminary rounds will be held in each country first, and the representative teams that win the preliminary rounds will participate in the Grand Finals to be held in Manila, Philippines in February 2020.
In the first round of the official Japanese qualifying tournament, 24 teams will compete for the first 24 slots.
