The "iCUE LT100 Smart Lighting Towers" are glow-in-the-dark sticks that are placed on a base with LEDs on the bottom.

The iCUE LT100 Smart Lighting Towers are basically a " Starter Kit " consisting of a main Base Unit and an Expansion Unit that connects to it.
