Evo 2022, the world's largest fighting game festival, is being held from Friday, August 5, 2022 to Sunday, August 7, 2022 local time.
Due to the time difference, we are in the middle of the "Street Fighter V Champion Edition" competition in Japan at the time of writing this article, so we can't take our eyes off the event.
The " THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV" division ended earlier after many fierce battles. Congratulations to ZJZ from Taiwan!
Every Evo is also known for the announcement of new information about the tournament title and its makers' titles.
Of course, KOF XV was announced, but there was a shocking announcement that made us forget about it for a moment!

The "legend" of the fighting game world is coming back!

After the "THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV" section of "Evo 2022", " NEW FATAL FURY / GAROU | Teaser Trailer " was released and the latest title in the "FATAL FURY" series was announced! The teaser visual shows the latest title in the "FATAL FURY" series.
The teaser visual depicts a silhouette of a man with a bandana and a club, a man with long hair, and Rock Howard standing in a dark alley.
This teaser visual suggests that "Rock Howard" is the main character, and that it is a sequel to "FATAL FURY MARK OF THE WOLVES".

As of 2022, "FATAL WOLF MARK OF THE WOLVES" in 1999 will be the last in the "FATAL WOLF LEGEND" series, so this is a long-awaited revival after 23 years at the time of the announcement!
Looking back, the " NEOGEO mini" was released in 2018, making it easier to play the "FATAL FURY" series again.
In 2019, "Terry Bogart" will join " Super Smash Bros.
Team 1 of KOF XV's paid DLC is the " FATAL FURY MotW Team " and Team 2 is the " SOUTH TOWN Team," both of which are characters from "FATAL FURY: THE LEGEND OF FATAL FURY."
