The player must attack at a good tempo by consuming the "move gauge," which increases as time goes by.
There are also powerful moves called "Buddy's Moves" to liven up the battle.
Not only Pokémon, but also trainers can participate in battles with "Trainer Moves.
Trainers can support their Pokémon by healing them and boosting their abilities.
