SNK's latest title in the KOF series, " THE K ING OF FIGHTERS X V" (KOF XV), is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2022.
The last time we saw " Luon," who first appeared in KOF IV, and before that, " Blue Marie, " who was DLC in KOF IV, were announced, and the team composition has become unimaginable.
With the announcement of "Luon," we were expecting the next announcement to be "Kim Kak Hwan," but on Thursday, June 24, 2021, a new character trailer will be released!
A popular female character who has worked for various teams will be joining the game!

The character trailer for Vanessa, who first appeared in the Dreamcast version of "KOF '99 EVOLUTION", has joined the game as a playable character in "KOF 2000"!
In "KOF2000", she was a member of the main team with K's team, and in "KOF2001" she was a member of Iori's team with Iori Yagami, so she has participated in KOF in various positions.
The voice of the character is played by Mayumi Hata, the same as in the previous KOF XIV!

Vanessa" is ostensibly a homemaker with a child, but in reality she is an agent for a certain organization.
Her fighting style is boxing, and she is a strong infighter.
Her basic attacks and special moves are mostly punches, and she does not have a long reach, but once she is in the pocket, she is able to attack with a large number of moves.
The character's high number of hits makes it an exhilarating character to use, and from the looks of the trailer, it seems that this character trait is still alive and well in the new game!

At the end of Vanessa's character trailer, a new team was announced!
Together with Blue Marie and Luon, they will form the "Agent Team "!
Vanessa and Blue Marie were DCL characters in the previous KOF XIV, so this is a long-awaited team formation.
With the addition of Luon, we now have an attractive team of three female characters.
