The new character is " Rachel," a demon hunter from the ninja action adventure game "NINJA GAIDEN" series.

The character is voiced by Michie Tomizawa, as in the "NINJA GAIDEN" series and the previous title "DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE".
Michie Tomizawa is a veteran voice actress in the video game industry, having played Elena in Ys III (PC Engine), Uranus in Toushinden 2 (PlayStation), and Sumie Kanzaki in the Sakura Wars series.
